App version, device and OS version, approximate time, and the visible error. Never send letter plaintext, recovery-file passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or full invitation tokens.
Permanent delivery
Encrypted objects already delivered to Arweave generally cannot be deleted. Support cannot recover a lost private key or recovery-file password.
